San Francisco Urban Engagement Session

Jenn and Frank reached out after seeing one of their best friend’s engagement session with me over the Spring of 2021. They loved the session and had heard amazing things from their friends. So they booked a session with yours truly 🙂 J + F chose to have a San Francisco urban engagement session (adventure session) with me instead of a traditional engagement session. Adventure sessions are MY FAVORITE.

Having an adventure session means is we get WAY more time together and we get to hit a handful of locations instead of just one. It makes for an awesome experience and a perfect way to photograph my couples.

To San Francisco We Go

We met at the corner of Delgado Pl. in San Francisco. Frank’s last name is Delgado and they thought it would be a cute way to incorporate his last name into their session. It didn’t hurt that it’s a very cute neighborhood and photographed beautifully. As luck would have it, there was an old school ice cream shop around the corner. We swung by for a sweet treat and proceeded to walk to our next spot – Lombard St. They popped champagne in this little piece of grass and watched the Bay Bridge. It was truly idyllic. Once we’d had enough bubbly we walked around some more and found some amazing steps. Then we made our way back to my car when we finished up.

We intended to drive to the presidio for some more photos, but when we parked, it had started misting HEAVILY and we had to call the session early. We made a game plan to meet on another day on Mt. Tam (photos to come).

I loved everything about this session and have had so many other couples intrigued by photographs we took together here. I can’t wait for more San Francisco adventure engagement sessions to come!

If you loved this San Francisco urban engagement session, hop on over here to check out some more incredible sessions!

I’m always looking for new ways to incorporate more of who my clients really are into their sessions. In a dream world, where would YOU have your engagement session photographed?
