Marisa and Zach hosted an elegant, romantic summer wedding at Kunde Winery. While they live in Chicago, they opted for a stunning backdrop for their destination wedding. Boot Hill at Kunde Winery was the place to be.

They started their day off in different locations. Marisa and her girls got ready at Hill House on Kunde’s property. Zach and his guys got ready down the road at Kenwood Inn and Spa. The ladies had an amazing time getting all dolled up for the day. Just before Marisa walked outside to meet Zach, the ladies popped a bottle of champagne to cheers to the day.

The first look was an emotional one. Zach and Marisa were so happy to see each other that the tears were overflowing. It was perfection. Once the first look was out of the way, we knocked out some stunning bridal party photos. The girls wore black bridesmaid dresses, while the guys rocked their black tuxedos. It was head to toe glamour.

When it was time for the wedding to begin, Marisa and her dad were chauffeured up to Boot Hill (on Kunde’s property) in a dazzling Rolls Royce. Marisa and her dad walked down the aisle together to meet an emotional and ecstatic, Zach. Their vows were so emotional and brought everyone to tears.

After the ceremony, it was time to party. The custom cocktails were overflowing and the appetizers were to die for. Everyone gathered on the lawn and under the canopy of trees to mingle and hang. Once it was time for dinner, the guests migrated to the reception area and were seated at the jaw-dropping tables designed for them by L’Relyea Events.

Marisa and Zach started things off by toasting to their guests and family. During dinner, we snuck away from the party and wandered through the vineyards for their sunset/golden hour photos. It was so warm under the summer sun and the grounds were dripping in golden sunlight.

After dinner, Marisa and Zach had their first dance with their parents, followed by their own first dance. It was, once again, an emotional moment for everyone. While the sun dipped down, the party got going and the dance floor was lit for the rest of the night.
